GrapeTrack services are monitored continuously. This page tells you where to check them and how to reach us if something is not responding.
The services
- The grapetrack.io sitePublic pages, served statically. An outage affects neither published pages nor the client area.
- The client areagtrk.io, where winemakers manage their wines, pages and QR codes.
- Published pagesThe pages reached by scanning a QR code. This is the most critical service: a bottle on a shelf depends on it.
- Analysis intakeThe addresses dedicated to each laboratory, receiving analysis reports.
The commitment
What is guaranteed on published pages
A published page’s address stays valid for at least ten years from issue, accessible with no authentication and no tracking cookie. Should activity ever cease, twelve months’ notice is provided.
This is a contractual commitment, not an intention: a QR code printed on a bottle must keep working long after the sale.
Report an incident
If a page does not display or the client area is not responding, write or call us. Anything affecting published pages is handled first.
